Using this website
These terms apply when you browse DIYBull.com, place an order, apply for a trade account or apply to sell through the marketplace.
Products, prices and availability
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Product images and descriptions are provided to help identification. Stock is reserved for a limited period after checkout begins and an order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
Orders and payment
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. If payment is not completed before checkout expires, reserved stock is released automatically. We will send confirmation and fulfilment updates to the email address supplied at checkout.
Delivery and collection
The website calculates road distance from the nearest DIYBull collection point using the delivery postcode. Orders of £500 or more receive free delivery for the first 5 miles; additional mileage is charged at £2 per mile. Orders below £500 and bulky items may carry additional charges. Delivery charges include VAT where shown, maximum-distance limits apply, and marketplace sellers may use separate delivery rules. Staff may correct a delivery charge where route or order circumstances require it. Click & Collect orders must not be collected until DIYBull confirms that they are ready.
Returns and faulty goods
Please contact us promptly about a return, shortage, damage or fault. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Marketplace sellers
Seller applications are subject to verification, approval and separate marketplace terms. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
